Start your weekend with a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session in the beautiful surroundings of Liffey Linear Park. Led by Wellness with Cecelia, this outdoor class combines gentle movement, mindful breathing and music to create a welcoming experience for both beginners and experienced yogis.

Set beside the outdoor gym in The Strand section of the park, participants are invited to connect with nature while improving flexibility, strength and wellbeing. Bring your own yoga mat and enjoy an hour of movement and mindfulness in the fresh air.

As buds begin to emerge, you are invited to walk mindfully, breathe deeply and draw spiritual nourishment from nature’s gentle renewal — fostering a sense of peace, clarity and inner growth.
