✨ Description
Step back in time and journey across the legendary Curragh, known in tradition as Brigid’s Pastures, where St Brigid is said to have tended her sheep. This guided walk introduces participants to the archaeological, environmental, historical and cultural heritage of this unique landscape lying between Kildare Town and Newbridge.

Led by Kevin O’Kelly and Mary Lenihan, this walk offers a deeper connection to place, story and landscape during Féile Bríde.

This walk is of moderate difficulty. Please dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear for soft or wet ground.
