✨ Description
As part of the Spirit of Brigid Festival 2026, local lacemaker Christina Kearney leads a hands-on Mountmellick embroidery workshop for adults at Celbridge Library.

Mountmellick work is a distinctive white-on-white embroidery tradition inspired by the flora and fauna of the Mountmellick area. During the workshop, participants will learn a selection of the key stitches used in this craft and gain an appreciation of its history and technique.
