On Friday 4th October, we invite you to our Hedgerow Conference, ‘Hedgerows Winning Biodiversity & Climate Battles’. In the beautiful venue of the Keadeen Hotel, we will host panel discussions on the importance of hedgerows for wildlife and climate change. There will also be talks on creating a hedgerow management plan and opportunities to ask questions from hedgerow specialists.

On Saturday 5th October, we continue celebrating hedgerows at our annual All-Ireland Hedge Laying Championships. These will take place at Milland House Stud near Monasterevin – the perfect location, given the county we’re in! We will have local exhibitors, demonstrations of hedge laying, and talks about hedgerow management. You can meet other people passionate about hedgerows and learn from experts at work.
