Description:

Born That Way: A Celebration of Community and Care

Join us for a very special documentary screening that gets straight to the heart of what community means. Born That Way follows the extraordinary life of Patrick Lydon in his final year, set against the peaceful backdrop of a small wooden house in County Kilkenny.

Directed by his close family friend ร‰amon Little, this moving film offers a rare, intimate look at a life beautifully lived.

Patrickโ€™s journey was anything but ordinary. He left a thriving career as a rock journalist in America to move to Ireland with his wife, Gladys. Together, they became trailblazers for the Camphill movementโ€”creating a welcoming space where people of all abilities, backgrounds, and needs could live, work, and thrive together as equals.
